Products marked as "preorder" are ones not currently in stock in our shop, but they are available to purchase ahead of time while still in production. Each preorder item will have the expected stocking date listed in the description, as well as detailed information about the product you are purchasing. Once the items arrive in stock, they will be shipped out to customers as soon as possible, based on the order that preorders were placed.
In the event that an item is unavailable, you will be contacted by email to select a replacement, or get a refund for the cost. This happens very rarely. Please be sure that when checking out in our shop you enter a current email address so you can be contacted. If there is a delay in the order or any other sort of update regarding the preorder, you will also be contacted by email.
If you purchase preorder items along with items listed in stock, the in stock items will be held until the preorder arrives, and it will all be shipped together. If you would like in stock items sent first, please purchase those in a separate transaction and those items will be mailed within our standard 4 day shipping window. Once the preorder items arrive and your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking attached.
Preorders cancelled within 60 days are eligible for a full refund. Preorders cancelled outside the 60 day window will be issued store credit for the amount spent. Once your preorder has been shipped to you, it may not be cancelled. Return protocol will be followed on new items being returned, and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
